New Open Range

Well after looking and comparing for almost 2 years the DW and I have purchased an Open Range R416RLS with dual 15k heat pumps, auto level, and quad slides, Spendide 2100XC washer/dryer combo. We traded in our Outback TT and we will pick up new unit in a week or so. I will keep you all informed about it as this is a new manufacturer.

Congratulations!!!
We looked at the Open Ranges last year at the Houston RV show and really liked their interior's. The front living tt with the big front glass that they make is nice, too. That's quite an up-grade you're getting from your Outback.

Don't forget to post picture's.

Thanks for serving.

Recently, we toured the Open Range factory in Shipshewana, IN. We were impressed with the quality of construction and their attention to detail plus their people were very customer oriented.
I have since talked to an owner of one who has had it for about a year and is very happy with it.
I have no connection with the company, by the way. I am just an rver who tries to keep up with what's happening so when I get a lot of money, I will be able to buy one with real quality.

Very nice. I like the full-view entry door & the French-provincial kitchen cabinets. The vessel sink in the bath is beautiful. I've always liked those but I'm such a klutz, I'd probably drop something on it & chip or break it.

Enjoy your new 5-r.

Congratulations on your new unit. I have had an OpenRange Residential 398Rls for about 6 months. No major issues so far. And I love the interior. Just make sure your caulk the shower, that seems to be the consistant weakness but a simple fix.
