Most systems are generic so someone will be able to help you even if they have a different brand.
Ask away.

RVs are kind of like people. They look different on the outside, but have similar parts on the inside. Some age better than others, but most fall apart as they get older.

Rarely do trailer mfgs have anything for an owners manual ---except very Generic type
Besides...as noted above only a few vendors supply majority of components

Try calling the manufacturer with the VIN number and see if they can provide the answers.
On our toy hauler, 2018 Road Warrior, we have 2 black tanks and 2 gray tanks, and only 1 fresh water tank (110 gals). Front black tank for the front toilet front gray for the shower, bathroom sink and kitchen sink. Rear black tank for the rear toilet, rear gray for the rear sink and washer.

Here's what I've found. The 2016 Crossroads AF-3811 with Altitude floor plan has one water tank 108 gallons, one gray water tank 80 gallons, and one black water tank 80 gallons.
Here's a link to the specs: https://www.rvusa.com/rv-guide/2016-...f-3811-tr28570
