Newbie purchasing advice

I am about to purchase my first RV, a 2013 Heartland Bighorn Silverado 36TB 5th wheel from a used RV dealer here in Houston Tx. I had a really good inspector come out and he spent the better part of 2 days inspecting this RV. The biggest issues he found were 1) about 95% moisture in about 1-2 sq ft of the ceiling in a kitchen slide, 2) about a 3sq foot area of 90+% moisture content on the top corner of the wall on a bunkhouse slide, and 3) the Norcold side-by-side refrigerator only cooled to 53 degrees in the fridge and 13 degrees in the freezer. I'm thinking that my chances of finding a used 5th wheel RV in my price range ($25-30K) is going to be hard to find that has had absolutely no leaks at all. Does anyone have any idea on costs to repair these or whether I should consider these items a deal breaker or no? Thank you so much in advance

Water damage to an RV is like a neck shot. Don't even consider this one. Since you have limited RV experience you aren't prepared to take on a restoration project. There are plenty of RVs in your price range that don't have water damage. Just have to look and having it inspected has already saved you many thousands $$$ headaches.
