Our new tow vehicle and 5th Wheel
2017 Heritage Glen 327RE/2017 Ram 2500 4x4 Larime 6.7 Cummins. Anyone else here have same 5th wheel? We picked it up December 11 and traveled from Mississippi to Alabama on to N.W. Georgia then to Salt Springs Florida. Arrived back home January 10th. I am already itching to get back on the road!

It pulls great, avg. between 11.5 and 14 mpg cruise set at 69 mph, is the rigs sweet spot.
Thanks everyone for the positive comments, we are trying to figure out which direction we will be headed out in April. Any suggestions, we really like state and national parks. We are considering touring cental Florida, St Augustine and then up to Savannah. Then when the weather starts to heat up back up to N.W, Georgia.
Thanks again and Look forward to sharing our adventure with everyone.

we never camped there but the areas oh yeah i’ll go again
myrtle beach is nice, hershey pa was fun Ghettysburgh was a great place to visit if your into history we camped in mackinaw city as well very nice in the summer there a nice little koa just south of the bridge. we’ve been to a few places in our time, if you choose niagra falls there is a nice tiny camp/motel right on the upper niagra river we watched the boats and dive flags float by then only 2 miles from the falls. thanks for the info on your truck i just may stick with gas diesels are so exspensive

Thanks for the info, I definitely want to do East cost. Gettysburg is on my bucket list.
I understand about gas vs diesel, I teetered between the two. But when I looked at how long I was going to keep the truck and what I was going to be doing with it everyday I chose the diesel. I also have a 2000 Ford Excursion with 200k on the clock v-10 gas. So I kinda live in both worlds. The Ford stays home when we travel, but when we are home the Ram gets to rest. Oh the Ford gets 12 mpg just hauling people.

Congrats on the new rig, love it. I am looking at that size setup which I find perfect fit for my uses.
How do you like the U-shaped kitchen? I have been leaning towards the Grand Design 303RLS but not really like the bedroom layout.

Really like the u shaped kitchen, has lots of cabinet space. We must have looked at every floor plan out there and kept coming back to this one. The shower is awesome, I changed the shower head to a oxigenics and made a world of difference.
Only thing I wish it had was automatic leveling.
