outside shower woes

Got home from the last trip to find pink antifreeze sprayed down the side of the RV, emanating from the outside shower panel. Found the flange nut on the shower faucet cartridge split just enough to allow a steady drip of the pink stuff out, combined with 60mph, made a sticky, gooey mess. Now off to the hardware store in hopes I can find a part that will fit the Phoenix faucet???

Sounds like when you winterized, you forgot to bleed the outside faucet, it froze and cracked?

Since this was the first time I winterized the unit it's possible. But it looks more like it was overtightened when it was assembled and it just decided it was a good day to break. Since it happened on the way home, I can't complain too much, but I'm not having much luck finding a repair part.
