Paradigm Alliance

I have a 2021 paradigm 370FB and was wondering if anyone else had these defects:
- shower drain was not glued under floor so our first two showers all drained into the storage area
- black flush valve was installed backwards so it never worked
-main bathroom sink flexible drain came apart every time slide was opened so it all drained onto the floor and storage compartment
-front black tank was never vented to the roof so if it was full it would splash out the top vent hole as traveling down the road into the under belly and stink
-all the large trim around the big kitchen slide fell off within a couple months
- cable TV was wired wrong so it had never worked and the RV tech said it would be an expensive nightmare to rewire it.
- floor was never attached to the back wall so two large dents appeared in the sides of the RV from traveling down the road and the entire floor swaying side to side hitting the sides of the RV
- paneling all separated from wall in front bathroom
- water leaked into bedroom slide and rotted the ceiling and floor even though it was closed
( I think I got a lemon, I’m done with paradigm)

Ouch!! Purchased new or used? Extended warranty? Never heard of those many issues on a fifth wheel trailer and I have owned 4. I would get it into an rv shop to determine the repair plan and cost.

Did you buy the unit new? Did you contact Alliance with your issues? What was there response?

Bought new, I fixed the shower drain and black flush valve because I was out in a campground and they reimburse me for the tools, they paid for the fix of unvented black tank, trim, and unattached flooring last year. I discovered the bad cable wiring this summer but never called them cause I use my cell phone and stream thru Roku the past 3 yrs. Just found the leak in the slide today while winterizing. Oh I forgot one of the air conditioners went out also after two years and extended warranty paid for that

I've only known one other Paradigm Alliance owner, and he was sorry he bought it. Took it to the factory one time for major repairs. He was disgusted with the issues but was upside down on the purchase and kind of stuck with it.
I had a lemon super C one time and had to trade down and lose money, but have been happy with my other four rv's.
Hope you get things resolved.
Thanks,

Sorry to hear about your issues with the Paradigm product. We met a couple in Branson at the SMART caravan that had numerous issues and traded their unit for a Brinkley. The Brinkley still had temp tags, but they were happy so far with the rig.

Our Brinkley is 11 months old now and has 7,000 miles on it. We have been fortunate in that it has not needed any repairs yet. It is an RV and will have problems we know, but so far the Brinkley seems solid. On their owners forum I do see a lot of issues with the Furrion 12 volt refrigerator, some brake issues with grease getting in the brakes, a noisy bedroom A/C and some minor issues; but ours has worked properly so far.
Thanks,

Unfortunately I believe you a Covid era build. Almost every manufacturer out out RV’s with a lot of issues. Most of this was due to labor shortages. Unqualified workers doing shoddy work. Hopefully you get through the initial issues and then only have the standard “breakage” that we all deal with.

Don't blame things on COVID as though they were better before or since.

I accept that it was a covid build but I am in over $10,000 of my own money to fix some of these repairs even after alliance covered $8,500 in additional repairs. This unit should have been scrapped by them and given me a totally new unit. There are still several things wrong and falling off that I haven’t mentioned on my post. It’s currently in the shop for the bedroom slide leak that the technician said he was shocked to see this on a unit from this company

We bought a Paradigm 310RL in Jan '21, so was a COVID era build. The only issues we've had were all related to dealer installed items: 2 solar panels burned out along with the controller because they had 3 panels in series and the controller was max voltage of 32 volts and of course when we went a sunnier climate(FL) they went out, the toppers for the slides worked loose due to mounting bolts missing the frame or stripped out the hole in the frame, cables to second battery were under sized and fortunately created a lot of oder when overloaded so replaced before a major fire. Stopped in Elkhart at Alliance to repair some body damage I caused and they did a great repair for half of the dealer's $2200 estimate. They also did a through inspection and service of the rolling stock, water system(found and replaced cracked filter on the pump) and went over the electrical system. We have around 18,000 miles of traveling and are happy with the unit and with Alliance. The dealer was a CW, never again.
