This will take a bit of time but if you are NEAR Detroit, mi.. Then on Telegraph Rd (north bound) between 5 mile and Six mile roads is Tri-County Matress Factory.

They can measure your existing matress and custom make one for you..l If you give them free hand at the covering fabric (I got a real crappy Design that was not selling well so I got a great price), Heck, it's not like I have to look at it after I put pad and sheets on it) takes a few days but they measure, and you go park somewhere, They cut, fill and otherwise make it. To your firmness specifications.. Then you return and they help carry it in for you... Drive off happy.

On Edit: NOTE: I dealt with this company some years back on both my Trailer and Sticks and bricks (I now live in a class A and will visit them again soon).

There are other companies like them scattered about the country.. So though I have personal experience with this firm.. I'd not hesitate to check out firms in other states that do much the same thing.
