Re-weld Damaged Glide Ride?

We installed a new auto-sliding hitch and one requirement is installing a capture wedge on our Demco Glide Ride pin box. After removing the pin plate we discovered broken welds. There is a minute amount of play in the tube-to-housing connection but I think that can be remedied with a fresh weld. I will be placing a call to Demco on Monday but I'm sure we're on our own with this since we aren't the original owners and I'm fairly sure it's close to 7 yrs old.

Do you think it's fine to simply have this re-welded?

Sure, anything can be repaired and re-welded..........just make sure the person that is doing the repair knows how to properly prepare the crack for welding........and does it properly.
In the picture I see no weld on the back side across from the cracked weld...........that is why it most likely failed. Grind the old weld out, and weld it 360 deg around it.

Might as well re-do the other joints at the same time?

I agree with both of you.
