That interchange is part of my commute as well. HOV lanes trying to merge from the left across 4 lanes to get to Hwy 78, a steady stream of traffic merging on to I-15 from the right from Valley Pkwy, and then the "special people" that think their job is to get all the way to the last second to merge on to the Hwy 78 exit, then STOP in a travel lane, and try to merge into the Hwy 78 lanes, shortly followed by the lane that disappears on the right just after the Hwy 78 merge. Lots of opportunity for things to go wrong...and they do!
Some where there is a "traffic engineer" that is just proud as heck of his handy work!
