Rear stabilizing jacks for Jayco Designer

During a docking at a RV park my stabilizing jack foot caught a tree root due to the incline. So, it ripped off the foot and bent the mechanism. Need to know the manufacture of the stabilizing mechinisum...electric powered screw device...

Got the bent up one off the 5ver. It was stamped with BAL, internet states it a BAL "C" jack. And it looks as if it was broken off before me owning and bending it up!
