i have been noticing when the water evaporates out of the tub, there is a red tinted residue left and you can wipe it off with a cloth. i wonder if my plumbing is causing this, or chlorine in the water? also i don`t use pink anti freeze i live full time away from home during the week. had a 85 holiday rmblr, sold it and bought this 03 prowler never had the problem, surely someone has a clue to toss to me!

Water lines are plastic, so the chances of the staining coming from them is pretty small. MAybe previous owners had dirty water. Might try something like CLR to clean the shower stall and see if the stains return the next time you use it.

Pink is often an algae type scum in standing water, you'll see it for example in humidifiers, and if you look closely at water filters. Just my personal observations. Usually comes with warm water that has been standing.
