Rehabbing a 199? Dutchman 260 5th wheel

I am about to start a rehab on a old 5th wheel that was my fathers. It has been sitting on the ranch for about 10 years with no use in the last 7 years. I do not see any signs of leaks and it appears to be in good shape. I put new tires on it and pulled it 100 miles to my home. I am still putting foggers in it daily to help remove any unwanted guests. My first action will be to get on the roof, clean and I am guessing resealing it. What is the best way to do this? The AC does not work. Are these fixable/serviceable or just throw away?
At one time killer bees setup home in it, they got in through the black water drain. I am not sure when the last time the tanks had fluid in them. I plan to run water into them and check for leaks and function. Is there a best procedure for this? I do need to install a new entry door. Is there a good source for prehung RV doors? Once I get the above completed, I will move to the interior

I've bought a lot of stuff from this guy over the years.

I wonder how hard it is to install a wider door? Does anyone know of any links or write ups on replacing entry doors?

Putting in a wider door would just be a simple matter of moving either of the door frame studs and fitting in a wider header.
Then trimming the inner and outer panels to size.
