I just did my annual inspection and maintenance for potential leaks. You should also also look at the sidewall seams and reseal as needed. For a permanent fix for the front and end cap seams on the roof and a couple of the sky lights I used 6 inch Eternabond followed by some Dicor self leveling caulk along the edges. For the walls I used some OSI Quad sealant but RVFlex and maybe some others can be used. Don't use silicone. The sealant is very sticky and kind of hard to smooth so I used some painters tape on each side of the repair to keep it neat. Dipping your finger in some mineral spirits really helps with smoothing it. Just be sure to pull the tape right away.
