Road side assistance services

We have a 32 ft. 5th Wheel, Sunnybrook. New to camping and trying to get feedback on best service to use for road side assistance. Not full time campers, yet..... still working. Thanks for your input.

Welcome to irv2. I think most of our members use Coach Net and Good Sam.

I have had both Good Sam and Coach-Net. Both have provided good service to both the coach and family cars. I moved to Coach-Net for the technical support service, however have not had a need to use it to date so can't comment on it. Either is a good choice IMHO.

We have used Coach net for 7 years of FTing. No exp with Good Sam. Have used Coach net 3x during that period. Two of the occasions were fairly routine-once out of diesel and once stuck in heavy snow. Third occasion involved the loading of the truck and 38 ft. fiver, all still connected, onto a very, very large flat bed that was called in from nearly 80 miles away, to haul us another 40 miles to a repair facility they arranged.
Every time was all that could be expected and then some.

I use State Farm INS; they provided support to me on a very early hour on a Sunday morning in Kearney NE when I had a catastrophic tire failure on my 5er.They had the road service there in less than a half hour after I made my service call. The State trooper could not believe how fast the response was.

Always have great service at reasonable cost with Good Sam, especially when I had my old Winnebago, used there services in the U.S and also in Canada, never had any bad experiences
