RV Consumer Group
We are researching 5ht wheels with plans for full timing. RV Consumer Group appears to have a wealth of independent information. What is their reputation within the RV community?

Unfortunately the market does a better job than any consumer group IMO. Decide what you are going to spend than look at comparable units. Even the info you get on here is going to be a fairly small sample size. If you have neighbors or local campers that can give you their buying/service experience than that could be helpful since you could go to or avoid the local dealers.
Good luck!

I used RCCG when I went looking for a class A. I found it very helpful in separating the good, the bad and the ugly and saved me a lot of time in my search. Money well spent, IMHO.

You can get the same info by going to RV forums like this one and also to brand specific forums for the trailer that you are interested in. And they're free for the most part. Why pay someone for compiling the same information.

You may find that your local library has a copy of that guide. I know our library did.

Old post but just came across it. I wouldn't have bought my last 2 trailers without the book that I bought. Travel Trailer & Fifth Wheel Comparison Guide by Randall Eaton. You'll never get this much information on any forum trust me!

"YEP"
I found a site called "Pissed Consumer" just type in the Brand, not so much the particular model and it will revel one horror story after another, Keystone has many many bad reviews but I bought my High Country anyway and have been more or less satisfied with the unit. The only contact I have had with Keystone was a joke, the brain less one on the phone blatantly lied to me, but my dealer repainted the front cap anyway so you just never know.

Google a brand you might be interested in with "review" in the search...like "Brand Reviews". Look through the searches and read what owners saw about them. Good luck

The best bang for your buck. Once you read their info and understand how they rate RV's you will know far more than you can get from any forum. I would bet that anybody who says they know more hasn't read their info and how they rate RV's. I would highly recommend you buy their stuff and read it from cover to cover. You will be way ahead of all us know it all's on these forums.
