RV Factory Luxe owners?

I asked these questions in the best made fifth wheel thread but wanted to re-pose the questions in a new thread, throwing out a wider net.


Does anyone own an RV Factory Luxe? We're also looking into this manufacturer, as well as NH and Vanleigh Vilano/Beacon, and are interested about current owners experiences. Would be curious to know if RV Factory stands behind their product and how warranty work is taken care of, response time of their customer service, issues you've had and how long it took to be addressed. Any red flags with RV Factory Luxe that would make you say "no-way would I buy from them" or "oh yes, a great company to do business with". DW and I are going FT'ing and looking for a quality built coach that can withstand the rigors of Americas roads, highways and byways, both asphalt and dirt. Would like to hear first hand from current and/or previous Luxe owners if there are any.Thanks

I haven't been in a Luxe or NH but I wouldn't put the Vanleigh anywhere near the reported quality of the other 2. I'm not going to go through it in this post but if your curious check my previous posts.
