The state of Texas states my RV is unsafe for use on public roads. Check Out my pictures to show what I have to deal with on my 2005 RV. www.kenjust.com

Well, first of all Welcome to the site!

Sorry to hear about your trials with the Nu-Wa. The reputation of the units are outstanding. I hope you get quick resolution to your problems.

.....without a closer inspection I'd say it was in a wreck or maybe the hauler banged a curb or something else and knocked it out of alignment....which also bent the frame and shifted the box....geof kaye

I'm very sorry to hear about all of the troubles you are having. I hope you have contacted a lawyer. It just doesn't appear you are getting anywhere with the company or the dealer.
Keep us informed of the outcome and good luck.

Does Texas have a LEMON LAW that will afford you with protection of loss?

Sorry about your situation. It does look like there was an accident of some kind as there is top to bottom, frame and suspension damage.

A frame that was dropped/damaged and then used to build the trailer on could result in all the distortion.

Who cares why the trailer is the way it is or what happened to it before you bought it, you just want it gone from what I understand.

Tell NuWa to rent or hire a flatbed trailer & semi and a crane to put your rig on the flatbed and then haul it away - after they hand over a cheque for the purchase price and lawyer fees first!

NuWa seems to have had a great reputation in the past, but it is obvious they need to get this unit back first and then do their own inspection to investigate where things went wrong and how they need to address this eliminate future disasters.

It is NOT the customers job to find these things first, if it is - get your lawyer to get you a premium over his fees for your time, pictures, investigation, phone calls and grief.

Mike.

Thanks to everyone who expressed concerns with our problems with the manufacturer of NuWa's HitchHiker II LS. We have reached a mutual resolvement of our problems . We appreciate a forum, such as this, where individuals can bring problems to the forefront. This same information will be mentioned on rv.net, escapees.com, and rvusa.com. Also, I would like to add that with everyone working together we can help in the production of better products made in the USA.
