Your right, it needs to be re caulked badly.
A leaking roof is a bad deal, but thats the best part of this, where I'm setting this up (under a massive awning) it will not see any rain or sun.

A mold test is a great idea, the past 6 months of looking at 5th wheels, I have contacted 2 RV inspectors and they were willing to do a thorough inspection but neither of them could test for mold. Maybe I need to find a different inspector or just go buy a mold detector?

N-M-W, our ceiling panels are white but fuzzy. Maybe NuWa used a different color ceiling panel? Ours are really not carpet but a thin fuzzy covering.

It is possible that it leaked a little around the ac units. Check to see that the hold down bolts are snug (just snug not overtightened) up inside the bottom. After they installed the new roof the gaskets will settle and may have not been tightened down again. Call Kansas RV (old NuWa factory) and ask a tech but it's in inch pounds-not foot pounds. That was a quality product and their customer service is first rate. Kansas RV Center in Chanute KS. There is also a NuWa owners group and forum you can join and ask questions. Good luck.
