Any 1/2" lug nuts will work on any 1/2" lug, so yes, they will work.

But there is a downside to the OEM's

The OEM nuts are inferior 2-piece nut: an inner nut with a thin outer decorative metal veneer. These will often de-laminate and spin while on the nut, but not turning the nut. And so, there you are, wondering "why is this nut not coming off".

When I had Les Schwab mount my tires and wheels, I also told them to put solid stainless lug nuts on. Cost about $60 total for 4 wheels.

Are you sure you have 1/2" lugs on the trailer? My 2014 has 9/16" lugs on the 7k axles.

I have now confirmed with my eyes that my lug nuts are 1/2" on 7k axles.

I will not say I told you so....

I changed my mind; I told you so.

The reason that I was reasonably sure is due to the process of adding the disk brakes. I had to repeatedly verify those numbers prior to ordering the system.

Same here when I added Disc Brakes to mine. Had to verify lug size. I have Alko axles also. My friend with a 2018 Big Horn has the 7k Dexter axles and he also has 9/16" lugs. Maybe AF changed back to 1/2" lugs??
