Its literally been 2 weeks since i picked it up from the shop. it ran for about an hour at the shop. Its propane too so I dont think ill have the issues with it gumming up the system. Im wondering if its the prssure in the tank messing with supply.
I would call the shop that worked on it and tell them the problem. They may have a simple fix.

Genset should have fault code lights blinking...get manual out, if the fault lights are blinking, count them and look up the problem associated with the blinks.
Your propane tanks are full? Stove will light even with propane too low to run gen...

I’m getting the Onan general “36” code which could mean it’s not getting fuel or it could mean there’s rhino eggs in the flux capacitor.
I’m taking it to a Cummins repair center to have them look at it. It’s under warranty so no issues there.
It just sucks that I spent all this money on this generator and haven’t even been able to use it yet.
I had a generator that would not start cold. I found that holding the fuel cutoff solenoid open i.e. left the fuel flowing, it would eventually run and then after awhile run smoothly. If I shut off the generator for a minute or an hour it started fine. If I left it overnight it would not start. I had at least 7 places try to fix that generator and no could. Brought it to the 8th place and the tech said he was pretty sure he knew what did it. He was right.
Tere was a valve on my generator to bleed the fuel line which you might have to do if you changed the fuel filter or other things. Anyway that valve was slightly open. So after awhile sitting air got into the fuel line.

I'm assuming your generator is gas. mine is propane

I have 3x30# tanks. 2 are used to run everything inside the unit. 1 is to run the generator.
Man, I had that once, it sucked. Come to find out that egg-laying rhinos are endangered, so the whole rig had to be turned into a preserve.... Got to keep the FC, though.
