I would consider myself a bargain shopper. I bought 3 RV's. Always in winter but picked them up in spring. Houses - I bought two of three in January.

I'd sell now. It'll be worth less in he spring even with a slightly higher demand than now.

I'm not sure past experience can help you much here. Selling in the spring gave you the largest audience but other things are in play this year. Interest rates, inflation, a coming bear market are having an impact.

I just sold my motorhome, a bit sooner than I wanted but I felt if I waited until next summer the market would be more difficult.


I'm in the market for a 5ver but will probably wait until the spring when maybe the competition to sell will be greater than to buy.

I just bought a 5er and sold our old TT (about two months ago). Got a pretty good deal on the purchase (about $20k off retail). But, dealer only offered $14k for my trade. Sold it in less than a week for $20k. If I held off for a few more days I could have gotten another $2k.
