Is the entire floor rotten, or just the corners? Corner rot is very common. Pretty easy to DIY repair. Love your RV has a video on it, and I have done it myself on ours. Not sure what your capabilities are, but when I saw mine, first response was "who can fix this for me?". Then I settled down and figured it out. Better than factory now.

Affinity RV Group in Goshen has done a floor replacement/repair on our 2018 Road Warrior for us, they did a good job.
If you call the contact point is Joanna, she is a nice person. Ron is in charge I think he is the one who started the company.

Howdy!

I can also highly Affinity RV Group. We used them this year for delamination repair to our 5er. I saw them do work on everything from frame replacement, floor replacement, sidewalk replacement etc... They do a great job in a timely manner. I would definitely return to them for anything RV related.
