We carry at least 40 feet of the slinky as well as 50 feet of 3/4" for the Flo-Jet macerator. I've also added enough clear plastic fittings to turn 90 degrees which will often lessen the lengths of hose needed. At two CGs this past fall, I needed every foot of the slinky hose just to set up where we wanted to be on very long sites.

Typical 15-20' primary hose plus a 10-15' extension.
Additionally I have a DIY macerator pump and 100' garden hose. Handy for dumping at home to a sewer clean out or similar when mooch-docking.

We have 10' active and another 10' reserve. Can't remember when I used the reserve last, but I have. Whatever you decide on, my thought would be that having too much is way better than not enough.
We aren't full timers and seldom stay in campgrounds, but we've been doing this with TCs and a MH for about 40 years and 300k miles.

I carry a 20' and a 10'; very infrequent use of the 10', but glad to have it when needed. Been camping for years in a 27' travel trailer; one season in a 42' fifth wheel; so far, haven't needed longer.
I also have a 3' I use with a tote.

30' should be okay nearly everywhere. If not, you need to find a different CG.
