I found instructions on how to remove it from the wall but it still took my brother and I about 45 minutes to decipher the procedure [don't think so, but maybe we were just 'slow' ;>} ] Pretty easy once we figured it out.
IMHO a little additional info will not hurt, maybe be easier for someone else.
