I have been remiss in reporting back...sorry about that. We got to take 3 more trips before we packed it away. All were close by (> 50 miles). I think we have solved our problems. I have the shocks mounted and they have helped quite a bit. I also had air ride bags installed on the truck to level things out. Between the two even the DW commented "This is a lot smoother and not so much bounce and jerk". It is allways better that what you promised is the result of a new purchase

One of our trips went from blacktop to dirt with some serious washboards. I knew it was there but still hit them about 50mph just to test the results. Trailer started sideways a bit . Got slowed down and when we got to the campsite all was well inside

I have also added a bar under each shelf in the fridge for support.

I can endorse both of these modifications as worth the money IMHO.
