Side Patio??

My DW and I are looking at 5th wheels and we both like the side patio. Has anyone owned one? If so would you do it again? What make and model?

We have a 2018 Road Warrior 427 toyhauler. Our unit has the rear ramp that turns into a patio once you get the stuff out and put it on the cables plus we have a side patio with it.
We both love the side patio, sitting out on it in the morning drinking coffee is great, but sitting on it in the evening/night drinking a cold one is even better!!!
We have had our unit about 17 months and really enjoy it. If you don't want a toyhauler there are units that have side patios. Yes we would get it again.

We are also looking at side patio fifth wheels and would love to hear pros and cons for rear and side patios.

We are wondering why are they disappearing from new models - is the something wrong with them?.

The only 2019 non toy hauler fifth wheel we have come across is made by KZ and it has a rear patio (side patio is preferred we think). All others seem to be past year models. If you know of others please pass it on, we would appreciate it.

The side patio that drops down from the middle of the trailer will stick out 7' or so into your camp spot. Depending on where you camp you may not have any room left after the patio's out.
You need to look hard at where you'll camp and decide if the patio will be usable.

The reason they're disappearing is they aren't selling.
