Slide misaligned

Hello all!
Our recently purchased 2015 Palomino Sabre 34REQS has one of the four slides that is obviously misaligned with a 1” gap at the forward end of the slide. The 7ft bedroom slide (Schwintek?) looks to have an adjustment coupler, but when loosened, I am unable to manually square-up the slide. I have attached several pictures of both gears which you can plainly see are not the same. You can also see that the entire assy was installed crooked.
Any ideas or recommendations on how to adjust this slide to square it up, would be greatly appreciated!

Take one, or both, of these bolts out to adjust.

In case you need to do a resync after you get it close. follow these instructions from Lippert:

The Lippert info on the resinc suggests that there are two motors that need to be aligned, but my slide only has one motor. Am I missing something?

That adjustment coupler is for fine adjustments but it looks like your gear racks are out of alignment by 4-5 teeth. Removing the bolt in the shaft as suggested should give you the major adjustment you need than can fine tune it with the coupling.

Hey all! I did as suggested and disassemble the drive mechanism rods and couplers. Then squared up the slide, reassembled the components and ran the slide in/out a few times. Now a happy camper again!! Thanks to all who offed advise!!
