Slide out lube

What do you recommend to lube the slide out mechanisms? That spray they sell seems a little thin?

At the most, dry spray lube. But I use nothing. Check your owners manual.

Keep them clean. When they are out I wipe them with a clean rag and spray them with silicone.

I blast them clean once a year and spray with dry lube.

It could be debris under them that you cannot see; must be clean there. The manufacturer or a web search should find you a pdf file for your RV.
