Slide out not sealing.

One of my slideouts on my 2006 nuwa hitchhiker isn’t sealing. I noticed when I went to clean the ceiling in the slide out and the whole thing was rocking back and fourth. I’ve held the extend button until it stops and it seals only at the bottom and leaves the top leaning inward toward the camper with about half inch gap or so o could put a thicker stripping in to solve it but that’s only remedying the issue and not really fixing the problem at hand which is the slide seems to be not extending the entire distance it was designed to. The rest of the slide outs extend nice and even and seal well. Is there some kind of adjustment I can make to extend the slide further and get a proper seal?

Yes slide-outs can be adjusted. But you need to find out what kind of mechanism on the slide-out.

You can call Kansas RV center in Chanute, KS with the S/N of the unit and they can help. This is where the HitchHikers were built.
