Slide out rubber seal problems

Greetings Earthlings,
I have a continuing problem with d seal rubber on my Alfa Gold 3905SH 5rh wheel. On my motorcycle garage slide out, the outside, upper seal keeps falling off. Last time I installed it I put a screw at each end AND glued it in several places. Today after 450 miles on curvy roads along the Mississippi I found it was half way off when I got to my destination. Do others have this problem?

Sounds like you are talking about the bulb seal on the outside of the wiper seals. Did you replace the seal or just put back what was on it. Mine is in a track and only a screw top and bottom. And then clear caulking for the entire length. never a problem coming off

Sounds like we are talking about the same thing. My problem is the horizontal seal at the top of the slide. I did replace with new material but did not caulk the entire length. I'm on the road so that may be difficult but it will have to be done. For today I will put it back in place and check on it at every stop. It is always something, seems rare where we have a stay that I do t have to work on something.

Wonder if your slide may need adjustment or something. I thought that the seals would be pinned in place during travel. Would have thought with anchor screw(s) it would stay put.

If it’s like mine the screw heads pull through easily. Caulk does help along the edges but a small washer under the screw head may help too.

Maybe a small cut to the bulb seal so you can place a washer on a screw and then work the washer through the cut so it is not sticking through to the outside but still hold the inside to the track. Don't understand how it is coming loose. It is only there to seal when the slides are in. Unless the slide flange is sticky and pulling it.

You may be on to something there. I noticed some tackiness to it when I put some Gorilla Tape on the ends. The Gorilla Tape did keep it from moving for the final leg pur this journey
