Slideout Panel Malfunction

While operating the main slideout from the switch panel inside the fifth wheel today the slideout suddenly stopped moving. From that point on none of the other two slideouts nor the awning would operate using the switches on the panel. Luckily all worked when operated using the remote. Has anyone experienced this abnormality in the past?

I was going to suggest checking all the fuses and breakers until you said things worked from the remote. That would make me thing it was something with the connections to the switches.

Once your sure the batteries are fully charged, pull a switch and check voltage and continuity. You should show 12V or more there. VOM for this part.

If no voltage, then start tracing back thru the system. Possibly a disconnected wire, or wire came loose in the wall. Not a relay in this case.

You're motors are fine since it works with the remote.
Good luck!

Had this when a spade lug came off the switch behind the wall.
