Slides not working

We have a 2014 Keystone Cougar fifth wheel w/3 slides.
Problem: All 3 slides are not working at all. We are hooked up to shore power. There is power to the A/C and all lights. Battery is okay with 13.5 volts going to it. Half of 12 volt fuses do not seem to be working. Any thought as to the problem and how to fix it?
Thanks for your advice

Power for Slides are probably wired directly to Battery Pos with their own in-line fuses or DC Circuit Breakers ....close to battery

1/2 of Fuse panel not working...why do you think that?

What is Make/Model of Power Center?
Is converter part of power center or a deck mount converter?

As mentioned above go straight to the battery positive and trace the wire to the 12v circuit breakers. Should look similar to these on a Keystone.
