slides outs and jacks dont work

Starting to get my Mobile Suites 5th wheel back on the road after having sat idle for about a year. I've charged and put in new batteries and connections are tight. Everything inside the RV works as far as i can tell. Microwave, refrigerator, lights ( I haven't tried the A/C or furnace) No circuit breakers are thrown. MY slide outs do nothing. My control panel for the legs is getting power and appears to function. I do hear a 'click' when I attempted to raise the front end ( it has sunk down to about as low as it can get). Can anyone suggest my next steps before I have to call a mobile repair guy. Thanks for any assistance

With the info given, seems you are plugged into shore power, and new batteries connected properly. If correct, then the problem points to a hydraulic issue, if slides/legs are actually a hydraulic system.

Electric operated slides/landing legs, normally have a circuit breaker of their own, not far from the batteries, often times on inside basement front wall.

Maybe adding more info, will get more member response.

Your landing gear and slides operate off of 12VDC. Check and make sure the connections are tight at the batteries, if good check the small auto-reset breakers near the batteries. Some of these are manual reset, you will need to feel on these for the reset button.

If you have an HWH system (mine does) you can get a troubleshooting guide off the HWH website.

I'd be checking hydraulic fluid level first, then power. That "click" means you're getting power to at least one solenoid (there may be two back there) but you still need good batteries and a good ground (bad ground connections apparently cause a lot of problems with these things)

I have had pump motors go out on me, sometimes you can get em running by tapping gently with a hammer or even the handle of a screwdriver. The pump itself is unlikely to fail, although that's easy enough to test. Take the motor out and see if that'll run with 12v, and then try to spin the impeller by hand.

Control panels fail all the time but you don't want to be replacing that unless you have to, so definitely get that troubleshooting guide.

Stuart's is good for parts. HWH is a great company but they aren't really set up to accommodate end users.
