Here is what I did to winterize my system - please let me know if I have missed anything.

1. Drained all tanks and cleaned the black tank with the wand!
2. Unhooked water supply
3. Drained off pressure from system by opening taps
4. Removed Anode Rod from Water heater and drained it.
5. Turned on Bypass Valve
6. Turned on Water Pump and hooked up to RV Antifreeze supply
7. Opened all cold faucets until ran pink
8. Opened all hot faucets intil ran pink
9. Turned on Shower till it ran pink
10. Ran toilet until it ran pink
11. Poured leftover antifreeze into all P-Traps and Toilet Bowl
12. Disconnected Shore Power and Disconnected the Battery.
13. Conditioned Seals on Slide Out and Brought the Slide in
14. Cleaned out Fride and Freeze and left doors open.
15. A/C Filter removed and cleaned.
16. Everything Vacuumed and floors washed.

I looked everywhere for what I have seen referred to as low point drains but I could not find them - My former KZ Coyote did not have them either.

I have some time to correct any mistakes if you see any!

Thanks

Sounds like you got it all, except I would look for those low point drains a little harder.I think they are pretty much norm on newer trailers

If I missed the low point drains will it do damage? How can I correct the problem if I can find them?

The drains are made to get every possible bit of water out.I think the only damage would be the line itself and any water left standing.Water freezes then expands, split lines.I know on my new trailer,I had to look, but I found them.Better safe then sorry. My last trailer was a springdale,Entry door side in the back corner.Check there first, just drain till you see pink

OK I found my low point drains - I opened them and let the fluid run out until I saw pink stuff come out and then I recapped them. One of them actually drained very little and then nothing came out so I capped it also. That one was really hard to get off but a little persausion from a crescent wrench and some pliers got it off. Please tell me that my system will now be OK and that I do not have to redo the whole anti freeze over again?

A few more suggestions:
1. make sure you do outside shower.
2. Press in the Shrader valve in city water inlet till pink water comes out.

I was delighted to see your list for winterizing a Springdale. We have one and although we don't live in a cold climate we do have a night or two of freezing weather.

I am sure you know this but did not say specifically that you were removing the battery to a place where it cannot freeze (at Home?) and not leaving it in the unit.

I have printed your list and will check for the low spot for draining.

Thanks

I don't remove my battery, I leave it on the trailer, I do unplug the terminals so that my propane detector does not drain the battery over the winter.

I finally went back out tonight and did the one thing I forgot to do and that was to push the relief valve on the city water hookup. Guess what? Water did come out, not very much but some did come out, so I guess I am glad I went back and did it.
