Thermostat

My son has a Voltage 5th wheel with three a/cs. the front a/c has its own t-stat. The living area and toy hauler area has a multi-zone t-stat. The living area is zone 1 and I presume the rear a/c is zone 2. The t-stat will not switch zones when the button is pressed. Could the t-stat be bad or I'm missing something else.

thank you

Some multi zone t'stats can loose track of the second zone or furnace , if there are fuses for those components blown , or circuit breakers tripped.

Could you add the year of the RV and brand of the t'stat to your post.

The 5th wheel is a 2016 Voltage. We think the previous owner Change some wires. After removing the cover on the rear a/c we found wires disconnected. We also think that same person added a separate t-stat for the rear a/c. We are going to try and jump the center and rear a/c. We are also checking all the fuses. Contacted Dometic Told us to take it to dealer. Can't mess it up more than it is. The t-stat has Dometic written

Thanks for the infor
