get a thermometer for the oven (the markings on the oven control knob isn't accurate)
Then get a package of silicone baking mats to line the pan bottom so they's won't burn or stick (the pink/red thick ones and cut down to size for the little "cookie sheet" pan.(just use scissors to trim it down)(see pic #3)
Then buy frozen in a bag "grande biscuits" .(re-sealable bag)
preheat the oven to 350 deg or so.
put however many biscuits you want for breakfast , pop in the oven for 20 minutes and you got biskits!
The deep pan is just right for 1lb of hamburger for making a meat loaf,(don't need a baking mat for this)
Mix meat with big gob of catsup (the cheep brand) stir in an egg, add whatever left over veggies you have in fridge (I like peas or mixed veggies)
mix all together and stuff it into the tall pan
pat it down into all the corners and smooth it out..THEN grab that catsup again and smooth out a 1/4" layer on top of the whole mess..
have oven pre-heated to 350, into the oven it goes..for 45 minutes more or less ..depends on what elevation you are camped at..
boil up a tater or two, and enjoy.
With that FULL galley.. there is nothing that you prepare and cook at home that you cannot prepare and cook in the RV.
(including cookies!)

happy trails
Looks great! That plate is huge. That plate would feed the 2 of us. But made me hungry
