Because of the RVIA recommendation for new trailers to have at least 10% in load capacity reserves above vehicle GAWR maximum loads there isn't much reason to get upset about OE tire load capacities.
Almost all of the new LRG trailer tires are steel cased. They are a great improvement over the polyester tires that are sometimes used on 7000# axles.
