Often bunk models have a half bath, toy haulers too.

I have a 36' bunkhouse fifth wheel. The back room has a leather J couch and a pull down single bed on the right and bunk beds on the left. On the back wall is a 32" flat screen television. It's nice, but cozy.
We do carry a couple of grandkids with us very often. I use the bunkhouse as a man cave as my wife and I watch different television shows and keep different hours.
My bunkhouse model trailer doesn't have the second bath--usually just a 1/2 bath. The two bath bunkhouse trailers are often pushing 41' in length and 14,500 lbs. dry weight--requiring a dually 1 ton diesel for a tow vehicle.
But at the RV show, be looking for "bunkhouse trailers."
We have seen alot of RV"ers with a 2 bedroom desire customize bunk houses, as mentioned above, and toy haulers. Both are easy transitions; the toy hauler is like a blank canvas when you convert the garage to a second bedroom, office or mancave. Lots of good ideas out there.
