Unlevel frame

I had a fiberglass crack above slide out. This has haven twice with in 17 months on same side. Then my Service tech notices there is a bulge same place just on opposite side.

I'm being told my frame isn't level. Frame is a Lippert. Has anybody else come across issue like this? What was the solution ? Did problem ever reoccur?

Sounds like the wall studs have come loose from sill plate (bottom horizontal stud) which is allowing movement....hence the cracking/bulging of fiberglass

Had that happen on drivers side just forward of bedroom slide.
Factory removed side forward panel and rewelded studs

Also removed overhang panel around pin box and check for movement when hitching/unhitching
Found horizontal plate had movement......so they bolted it to frame plate using 1/2" Lag Screws installed in a 'W' pattern both sides

I had a similar sounding problem with a 2013 Lifestyle. They said it was from dragging the rear as in driving through dips causing the rear to drag which pushes up on the rear.

A friend of mine had a Columbus that had a crack in the classic spot at the forward edge of the bottom of the bedroom slide. Odd yours is at the top.
In my buddies case, there were a crossmember that was to long pushing on the fiberglass that caused it to crack. The service guys cut the fiberglass out in the area and ground off the end of the crossmember and patched the fiberglass. They found no frame issues.
Maybe yours could be similar situation.....that would be good.
What is the make and model of the rig?

That sounds like a structural problem in the exterior wall framing. Your slideout is far enough back from the front overhang that you shouldn't be getting any flexing from that area which is more common. I wonder if KZ messed up on the aluminum framing above the slide corner? Not welded together or it's possible that your slide is causing too much pressure in that area.

OK, wasn't implying. It is common for that to happen with the pin box adapters.

There were several makes all on Lippert frames from the 2009-2010 model years with frame flex issues. I had a Heartland that had similar cracking issues due to this.

I unloaded the rig so can't help with repair suggestions. Sorry.
