Unmounting TV for use in the bay below?

We just bought a 2015 Palomino Columbus with two televisions. One is in the bedroom. The TV in the living area is permanently bolted down. We'd like to unmount the one in the bedroom for use below in the bay for tailgating. Can't figure out how to unmount it! Can't pull it forward or tilt it right or left. Can't lift upward (we thought maybe it was sitting in a mount that required lifting up and out to detach it). Any thoughts or suggestions? Could it possibly be permanently attached?

If it is, the mount is probably a standard VESA mount. They are retained by a set screw that requires an Allen wrench (hex wrench) to loosen and remove the TV.
