I would look at the higher quality 5th wheels shortest model. DRV, and Luxe to start with but all manufacturer have their top tier trailer. Like Jayco top tier is the Pinnacle, Heartland is Landmark.

Now interesting you say for only 2 - 3 weeks at a time. In a 5th wheel it is easy to go 2 - 3 months at a time. Oh, typically if you get a King bed you do not get any nightstand or shelf.

Thumbs up on a dually truck. Makes towing a none event.

2-3 months?? We full time going on 6 years now in our Cameo 34' FW and have only not spent the night in it a dozen times. We are due for our second FW, but this first one is a charm and too hard to let go. We did just order a new dually, 450 HP in a Chevy!!

We have access to the restroom, but have to open hydraulic main slides to access Fridge. Never an issue for us. If stopped in busy rest area, we can partially extend hydraulic slide and access Fridge without creating an issue for the person parked next to us. Usually a couple of inches is all it takes. If we are in the open (ex. Open Walmart parking lot, or large rest area), no issues opening slide and having lunch.

Ah, thank you.
