Here ya go. The 6500 Cummins Gen is 220V also.

The 6500 Gen DRV offers has only one "leg" and will NOT run a 220 dryer but they offer a 220 dryer. I tried to get them to have Cummins install the same exact Gen as DRV offered but in the Commercial version as Cummins said it would work fine but DRV would not allow it because they had not tested it. So DRV did the Gen prep and RollingRetreats did the Commercial Gen install for me.

Dryer will not work if we are at a 30A park but 20 min with the gen running will solve that problem.

We REALLY like the Whirlpool washer and dryer!!!

We have a combo (110) use it all the time.

This! After spending years in laundry facilities on long trips it is well worth having them. While the capacity is about half of a "normal " size unit, the convince makes up for it. We just do laundry every other day. Ours takes about 90 minutes for a wash load so we time it for when we are out. Funny side note; When the washer is on spin cycle it shakes the whole rig...lol

Yep, our dryer is a 220/240 volt one also so have to either be on 50 amp RV hook up or run the gen which most RV parks won't allow! Our gen is an Onan 12.5 and is a 120/240 gen.

One other consideration for some folks: 5th wheel washer drains (mostly) do not drain into the holding tank and must therefore be connected to shore drain to use. Since I have not seen all 5th wheel brands I said "mostly" to cover my six, cause sure as shooting there will be one in which you can do your laundry while flying down the road. I think most motor home DO drain into their holding tanks.

Ours drain into our shower tank. I did not know they did not drain into a tank. And yes, we have run our washer off the water pump using the generator. Works like a champ.

The washer drains into the gray holding tank on my Excel 5th wheel.

Don't want to just dispute your 'mostly' because you CYS with the later statement--but, in over 20+ years of messing around with TTs and fivers, I have yet to come across a W/D that does not drain into a grey water tank.
'Sure as shooting' every DRV fiver (about 8-9000 now) sends the W/D water to the grey tank--'mostly' of the others do also.
Curious what your experience is that leads you to think that way...

My Presidential Suite 07 W/D drains into grey water tank and has it's own roof vent.

We have the stacked units. They are 110 volt units. We do laundry most days. We fill the washer so it won't shake the whole place. The full load for the washer is about two thirds of a load for the dryer. It takes some time for the clothes to dry, but we aren't in a hurry. We really like the convenience of having them instead of having to do else ware. Our washer drains into the shower tank as others have said.

We have the Splendid 2100 the larger combination unit.
The rated power consumption is 1 amp more then the stack units.
We can be on the road for 2 weeks and stop at a CG for 2 nights and get our washing all done while visiting the area and relaxing at the pool.
Cannot get better then that.
