Water is coming out of spigots with pump off

Why do we have water coming out of spigots, shower, toilet, etc. with the pump shut off? It's not full pressure but keeps running? There in water in the fresh tank but again the pump is off? There is no hose connected to the camper.

Your advice and/or assistance appreciated,

You may have a accumulator tank that holds pressure. Turn on the water and see if it stops in a minute.

Don't forget the air bubble in the water heater. And make sure the water heater is de-energized when all water supplies are off.
