water leaking from enclosed underbelly

I have a new 2012, Cougar 5th wheel 318 and all of a sudden I have a water leak from the enclosed underbelly near the water drain valves. They are not leaking -it is coming from farther up inside. It is a drip-about every 30-45 sec.Doesn't happen all the time. I am trying to see what effects it by using certain things (like water heater)and not others. Anyway to get into the enclosed underbelly?
Thanks

Jim its a new rig likely under warranty? Take it to your dealer and have them fix it. I would think if you try and fix it yourself and then take it in, the dealership might have an issue. Everything on Cougars are covered the first year. Hey Welcome To the Forum|

is it near the city water connection? i notice that mine leaks when we get a cold night. i am guessing that the gasket shrinks from the cold because as soon as it warms up a bit, the drip stops.

Water leak

I agree with Fred1609 - get it back to the dealer. If you got it from out of town, check with another Keystone dealer nearby. Contrary to what lessor dealers will tell you, you can get warranty work by a dealer other than the one you bought it from. Getting into the underbelly of one of these things is an involved endeavor. Let them cover the labor.

Also every new coach has a gremlin or two. The Cougar is a darn nice coach, but the way they are cranking them out of the factory, something's going to get missed. Enjoy your new coach!
