Ways to make rv exterior look more like a tiny house?

I have a 5th wheel trailer, the inside is remodeled beautifully but the outside isn't aesthetically pleasing enough for me haha. I live in the rv full time, and I just can't seem to find anything that's helpful other than one photo that sort of has what i'm looking for. (i'll add the photo)
Does anyone on here have any ideas on what I could do? I've thought of adding side paneling, but am unsure how to install something like that due to the rv's asymmetrical nature.
Any ideas/info would be greatly appreciated!

That might depend on whether or not you plan on moving it. Having something hold up to 60 mph might be a challenge with certain products. Have you considered painting it.

I would like to move it, and I have considered painting it. Painting might be my only option now that I read your comment, I hadn't even considered material complications.

I found another photo! What material was put on this? It almost looks like a sticker. Is it just a really well done paint job?

If your rv has flat walls, perhaps a vinyl wrap would do the job. My friend had quite a large scenic picture with two deer on the side of his previous rv. You can basically get any picture you want. Get a picture of a tiny house put on. lol
Here is a sample video of it being done.
