We finally found our new camper

I know this is only partially the correct forum, but we finally made up our minds after a loooooooong search. We found a 2016 fuzion 385 and picked it up monday. Were sad that the jayco will be leaving us for a new family, but were really excited about the new guy. The fuzions got everything except the thermal pane windows. The fuzion is a huge step up from the jayco in terms of ammenities and is a good step up in length, height, and weight. Im 6ft1 and dont need to duck anywhere to avoid hitting my head. I about broke my head a few times standing up from the slide couch in the jayco. In all were totally thrilled with the new fuzion and were looking forward to making memories in it moving forward.

We bought the truck a few years back knowing wed be going 5th wheel eventually, just didnt know how big. I honestly wouldnt buy any of the newer trucks without active suspension, id just go to a bobbed class 8, there are alot of practical advantages aside from ratings behind that like air ride. Pretty sad a big rig can ride better than a new dually.

Nice looking rig, looks big - what's in the back?

Remember to make wide truns and looks like you know not to get too close to things.

Well nothing yet. The garage is going to take the place of the bunkhouse for the kids since we wanted more space and itll be used to transport the golf cart mostly, probably the harley from time to time too. Its got about 6ft more length than the jayco bunkhouse but it tows way better. No sway at all.
