It looks very nice, and I know just where it would come it handy. But keystone would need to DOUBLE the size of there tanks if they expect this to be a success. A res refer would help too.

Update: Just found the specs. Waste and gray tanks are fine but the fresh water tank is smaller that normal. And they do offer a res refer version.

It does appear to be more of a long-term parked type of 5-r. And that "view" out the window is most likely not the view you'd get when backed in a typical site.

When we had our Cougar 5-r, I always liked the Montana line. They sure didn't have anything like that back when I thought I wanted one. They sure are fancy now.

The tub is in the front. Would work well if in a park hooked up to utilities, but you'd almost HAVE to have an on-demand water heater, or else turn on both the electric AND gas on a standard 10 gallon to fill it up. But I'M IN! If we ever go full time, the jet tub is one of the things I'll miss the most.

That's what I was getting at. Several CG's we frequent have a beautiful view out the back...perfect for "RL" floorplans with the picture window. Backed in, the tub window would give a nice view of the rig across the street.....or them of you

I don't need almost half of my home to be a bathroom. Got other places to be and things to be doing.

I would love to soak all them soar musles after walking all day long. But I can't afford to waste all that water when boondocking.

Lori, THIS man does! In our S & B, we call it the "conference room" That's where we get a start on the day, talk over what we are doing, etc. I've actually looked into replacing the shower in our rig with one of those "tubs" with the door that allows it to fill up, making a shower a tub when you want. Obviously wouldn't work unless you had full hookups, and wouldn't work for two, but would still be a tub. I for one enjoy soaking in hot Hot HOT water!
