Why do you balance tires to begin with? Maybe you need to contact a tire manufacturer and ask

If it is not necessary to balance spinning objects why are the following objects computer balanced at the factory: Pistons, cam shafts, crankshafts, torque converters, drive shafts, drums, disc rotors, hubs, all fan blades, crankshaft vibration dampeners, pulley's, flex plates, clutch discs and clutch pressure plates, driveshaft yokes, rods, alternator rotors and starter motor armatures.

Anything and everything spinning on vehicles are statically and dynamically balanced. And some will say that a tire does not need balanced???
