Any suggestions for a king pin lock? .We are full timing although the RV is unatended during the day.The lock from camping world seems kind of flimsy.I have seen locks that cost as much as 900.00 are ther worth it?

I bought one from a truck stop. It is heavy chrome-plated steel with an integral lock, cost about $39. Another option is to buy a large padlock with a throat slightly larger than the pin groove diameter.

I use about 6 or 7 links of a good heavy 1/2" chain and a good heavy pad lock wrapped around the pin. If they can get past this, they can get into any of the others if they are that determined.

Keeping it simple works for me. A hardened chain and pad lock. Enough to slow them down so I can grab my shot gun.
