Mine has auto-level which works better on some sites than others. The site I am in now has very soft asphalt so the jacks settle some, even with large 2x12 blocks. If the site is solid I get no wiggle at all.

Ok, still not satisfied that I have to live with the wiggle. Have read all the posts, tried a couple of things and it still not as stable as I think it can or should be. I see several almost brand new fifth wheels in the resort we are in with slide supports, they are all on concrete pads so so worry about the rig sinking in the dirt. My spot is grass, so I don't want to do that. My question is, has anyone ever installed the screw down stablizers in front of the axles. If the pyramid ones will work, why would a set of screw downs one work? All the new fifth wheels have 6 jacks on them...

As mentioned previously, JT's Strong Arm, Steady Fast, BAL Lock Arm jack stabilizing bars will all help with the sway and bounce. I made some bars for my landing gear, and between the X-chocks and the bars, there is a very noticeable difference in the sway and bounce.

Slide outs are self supporting.
Placing slide out supports even on concrete can cause damage to slideouts, mechanisms, seals etc
They are built with Downward Pressure intended.
Upward pressure can/will cause damage...even on concrete suspension will allow movement UNLESS suspension is BLOCKED from moving....
Jack stands under the axles, jacks (hydraulic/bottle/screw) are supporting frame or axles so they can not move

It's an RV on tires/suspension...it is gonna move

Just how much is too much?

Support the frame or axles .....install cross supports.....put it up on cribbing/blocks and remove the wheels
It's all up to you,

But I would NOT use slide supports
Just because it is SOLD via aftermarket (RV MFGs don't offer them) doesn't mean it is improved, needed or required.
It's just an RV Gismo designed to relieve you of your monies

It's up to the op as to how much movement he can tolerate.

Like mentioned by others and myself, the only way to eliminate all of the movement is to jack the entire frame enough to lift the wheels off the ground. That releases the suspension from the equation.

Doable if you have the jacks and the time. Not worth the work for a short stay anywhere in my opinon.

I will second the use of slide supports....don't do it.

Happy camping and hope 2021 is better!
